Using special furniture cleaning equipment, we thoroughly clean and rinse your upholstery.
It is highly beneficial if you thoroughly vacuum your upholstery before having it steam cleaned. This helps to remove the loose debris and hair that may be on it. Remember we clean with steam, things that are not water soluble (such as pet hair) should be vacuumed off. Not to mention hair is much more difficult to remove once it’s wet. If you have long hair and you occasionally take a shower, which we hope you do, you know what I mean.
Here are some tips on how you can maintain the beauty of your upholstery effectively — and safely. Consistent Care Is Important. Regular upholstery maintenance includes:
- Thorough vacuuming of upholstered furniture using the appropriate vacuum attachment to remove dust and lint. - Turning and rotating movable cushions, where possible, to help equalize soiling and wear. - In case of a spill, promptly remove the staining matter from the fabric surface. Delays or faulty attempts at spot removal can result in permanent stains or other permanent damage to the fabric.
Regular maintenance is key to keeping your upholstery looking nice and lasting longer than it takes for your kids to grow up and move out. Okay, we’re just teasing. But seriously, it is really important.
